Peace Out Stout [Imperial Stout]
Our “Imperial Guard” Russian Imperial Stout brewed with the addition of chocolate and coffee and aged on bourbon barrel staves. The staves from the barrel once held coffee, which lend way to aromas of freshly brewed espresso. Notes of bittersweet chocolate round out the tailend of this high-gravity stout. Flavors hit with both sweet milk chocolate and dark chocolate, with the addition of dark coffee roast. Finish is sweet and smooth with some lingering fresh roast. (9.8%, 37 IBUs)

This English porter, brewed with both English and German roasted malts, was amped up with the addition of both chocolate and fresh raspberries for a delicious combination. Aroma is a fantastic combination of fresh raspberry coulis and flourless chocolate cake. The taste follows with a large hint of dark chocolate, some dark roast coffee, and a sweet, lightly tart raspberry.
